As a medical professional and in this case Grandmother to the 2 year old being seen, I can tell you this place is a failure on every front!!!! No one and I mean NO ONE plans or wants to have illness on vacation. And I assure you no one wants a sick child!!! (vacation or not) This urgent care was disorganized and rude from the words hello!!!
