My experience with this practice was exceptionally poor. I was deeply dissatisfied with the care, communication and professionalism I encountered, and I would strongly recommend researching other options before choosing a provider. Do your homework, ask questions, and make an informed decision. I wish I had chosen another practice sooner as their gross incompetence and apathy caused significant harm. Check the North Carolina State Medical Board for complaints on file.
I loved the provider Tracey Allen but I am having a huge issue with the office and billing. They won’t return calls, when they do, they have a canned statement and don’t listen. I asked them to leave a message for Tracey to call me, asked them to listen to the recorded visit to confirm… nothing. Their stance was they can’t correct the coding of the visit even if they did it wrong in the first place. That can’t be right. It’s sad when the insurance company is more helpful than the Dr. office. Terrible experience. I will not be going back. Every time I have dealt with them there has been a complication and it’s been a hassle. “Hannah” at the front desk has no clue what she is doing and how to communicate with clients. Don’t waste your time choose another doctor even if there is a long waiting list. Dr. Thompson also has poor communication skills.
