I loved the provider Tracey Allen but I am having a huge issue with the office and billing. They won’t return calls, when they do, they have a canned statement and don’t listen. I asked them to leave a message for Tracey to call me, asked them to listen to the recorded visit to confirm… nothing. Their stance was they can’t correct the coding of the visit even if they did it wrong in the first place. That can’t be right. It’s sad when the insurance company is more helpful than the Dr. office. Terrible experience. I will not be going back. Every time I have dealt with them there has been a complication and it’s been a hassle. “Hannah” at the front desk has no clue what she is doing and how to communicate with clients. Don’t waste your time choose another doctor even if there is a long waiting list. Dr. Thompson also has poor communication skills.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Jessica Bocook!! From the moment you walk into her office, you feel truly cared for; not just as a patient, but as a person. My second time here with Dr. Bocook, I left this office without plans to go back. I found her staff to be friendly. But dealing with this Doctor. She was rude and irrogant. She was quick to point out this was her practise and she was the doctor. In my 57 years on this planet I've never had another adult talk to me as if I was a child.
