I bought our first Dosha dog collar about 4 years ago and it’s amazing! It’s been through hell and back, in lakes, oceans, camping trips and everyone comments on it! I recently bought another since our old one has got a bit of ware and tear from over the years (but still is wearable and we go back and fourth from the old one to the new one now) and a stone fell out of the new one, the customer service was AMAZING, the woman got back to me immediately, sent me replacement stones and a replacement collar! Best dog collars ever! The customer service was outstanding! Not sure what happened to the unhappy reviewer but I bought one of her collars locally a year ago and then one online a few months ago as a gift. Dosha dog collars are made of high quality materials, leather, brass, nice stones and gems. I would love to buy seasonal ones too. WOW! Not only are the collars beautiful and great quality but customer service is FANTASTIC!! I recently purchased two collars and one of them lost a stone within a few days. I contacted customer service explaining what happened and Patricia responded immediately. Patricia told me that they currently were out of the heart stones but that since it was such a short period of time and they normally repair them there she would send me out a new collar. Purchased $100.00 collar for my Boston, she is an inside dog. The collar fell apart within 4 months. Dosha Dog will not return my phone calls or emails!!
