My colleagues and I LOVE Dos Bros! The food is amazing - very flavorful! The staff at Dos Bros is so kind and helpful and the place is always very clean! Great place!!!
Portions used to be really good but have been slowly decreasing over time. Got a pickup order today with probably <3oz of chicken, very sad.
We ordered delivery from this store through the DosBros app. When we received the wrong order, we couldn’t get ahold of the delivery person so I called the store. They told me we needed to direct the delivery service to go back to the store to pick up the correct order. We had no way of doing so. They said they couldn’t issue a refund and they’d talk to their manager and call me back but I never heard from them. Terrible customer service. We won’t order from them again.
Was in town visiting and was about to walk over to Chipotle but then seen this place and thought to stop in. It was not crowded. There was one person ahead of my ordering. The food was incredibility fresh!They were very generous with the toppings as well, unlike by Chipotle. The young men were nice but were not very talkative.
Fantastic food and amazing service! We ordered catering for a large group of students visiting Northwestern and the DosBros staff made the ordering and delivery process smooth and simple. There were options for all of our students' dietary needs; including gluten free tortillas and chips and real options for vegetarians. We will be ordering from DosBros again!
