Coming here multiple times ....everytime food is fresh and remind me back home.
Their food quality and service have degraded significantly and noticeably. This used to be a good place to eat in Menlo Park, which makes the decline especially disappointing. 1. **The dosa was cold** and clearly did not seem to be made fresh to order. 2. **A 15% tip/service charge was automatically added to the bill without anyone telling us.** I can't say whether they have always done this, but automatically adding a charge without clearly informing customers feels misleading. We had great food a few days back. All the dishes were spot on. Service was prompt, and atmosphere was decent- only wish the sound for online order is tuned down. Taking out points because the 15% automatic service fee is a bit deceptive- not conspicuously disclosed during ordering. Moreover, during payment at the counter, without getting a bill, the attendant promptly brings out the tips screen.
