Centro was born from the hearts of Angela Salamanca and her uncle, Carlos, who shared a love for art, and fresh, authentic Mexican cuisine. We pride ourselves on using as many fresh, organic and local ingredients as possible to provide you with healthy, flavorful food as well as to support our local farmers. Our mission is to serve you the best locally-sourced Mexican and Latin American cuisine, innovative margaritas and cocktails, and to give back to our wonderful community.

Great food - but pricey Like it's counterpart over on Creedmoor - Dos Taquitos serves great mexican food in a cool, funky atmosphere. While I vastly prefer the expanse of the outdoor patio over on Creedmoor, nothing beats the pick up burro. Don't know what they use to season their steaks - but it's fantastic.
Disappointed We were really disappointed with this restaurant. The setting was nice for a date night, but the food is really overpriced. For $18 I got two average steak tacos and very ordinary beans and rice. The steak didn't seem marinated or to have anything done to it beyond being cooked, which I could have received at Taco Bell.
