Julia from Dos Santos was very kind and helpful with the whole process, not to mention the speedy delivery of the grand scheme of applying and getting our keys. If I was looking for an apartment I would apply for Dos Santos time and time again due to the friendly management, the speed of the process, the knowledge known and given, and the lovely units they have. Julia and manager are great and the ladies are professional. Maintenance would react within 48 hrs, reasonable...unless emergency.
Fannia and julia is the best workers here. Always go above and beyond when needing help. Love the experience they give
Randy is nice. Came into an apartment that does not fix their stuff I had waited 5 days to move in and out of those 5 days they were taking care of the apartment and they were supposed to clean it. I was living no where and I informed them on my living situation. And they said it would be ready for me. I was staying in my car the whole day which when I finally got the keys he said it should be cleaned and ready I sent Maintaince and cleaning ladies in today.
