Very nice for price
No se muden aquí, yo tengo poco y ya me quiero ir pero no se puede. Todas las tuberías tienen goteras. En el contrato te ponen un precio y a los 3 meses te meten el agua que se suponía tú no ibas a pagar, por un cuarto vas a venir pagando arriba de $1000, si no es un problema es otro, busquen un mejor lugar, aquí no les recomiendo para nada:((
I had a great experience moving into Dos Santos! Tish Mendez and Liz Martinez was very pleasant and prompt with process. Moving from out of state was stressful enough, thankful for them both. The unit itself was clean and updated exactly as explained and shown in photos. Community is clean and well kept!
If I could give 0 stars I seriously would. Avoid moving here if you can. Especially if you’re a first time renter like I was just trying to find a cozy comfortable place to live make sure you read your lease because this definitely isn’t it. Maintenance sucks. Bathroom roof leaked when I first moved in and they didn’t fix it or patch it up but rather pulled off the part of the ceiling that was leaking and left it exposed so it came back worse months later.
