Every time we call the lady at the office answering the phone is extremely rude with rude comments. They should really look into replacing her her attitude and smart remarks are disgusting no matter how respectful you talk or ask questions she’ll still respond extremely rude.
I have been wanting to see a home thats listed for rent with Dos Pueblos and the customer service is very poor here. Ive spoken with 2 different people and both were unpleasant and made it seem like they don't want to rent the home listed. They are not accommodating at all and they seem tense and give off the vibe that they really don't care. Overall I have not rented with them but they are rude and unprofessional.
Crappy realty CLEARLY let them know was moving out Sunday and want to keep charging me that I didn't let them know doing all they can to get more money is what they try to do

They made it impossible, when I decided to move, they cut down my deposit of a 1000 to 55$, they even charge me for something that was broken from even before I got the place...,something is definitely wrong, just letting know for future tenants. Also as a response, and just recommended , taking pictures since the beginning, maybe then it would fair, a 3 star or slightly lower would be accurate to represent Dospueblosrealty.
