We used to come here once a week. Now maybe twice a year. We order nachos with extra cheese. No extra cheese. I am beyond disappointed. Service isn’t what it used to be. Salsa is different. Oh well. Same as other restaurants in Midland. Most of the disappointment starts in the kitchen. Ate here again- my husband likes this place-so do I. Ordered the same thing - supreme or deluxe nachos with extra cheese. No extra cheese. Not enough cheese if I hadn't ordered extra cheese. Disappointed again 5/19/2026
Tried the CFS on a whim after asking the waitress about it and I was not disappointed. The cream gravy was on point.
Our go to spot every time since we moved away. The fish plate is a must. Plus good service.
Check your itemized receipts carefully. My wife and I came here for dinner on 4/9/26. We had 2 combination plates $15.99 on menu and extra rice. No drinks just water. Bill came out to $54 not including tip. We were in a hurry to go watch our daughter’s music performance. So when the bill came I signed off on it quickly and left a 20% tip. It wasn’t until I got home later that evening that I questioned why 2 entrees cost $54 not including tips.
