First time at Dos Boacs and my experience was awesome! Customer service was on point. And the food was great! Ordered the quesadilla supreme and it was so fresh and delicious. Make sure to ask for Jalil!!
The food overthere was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and made us feel right at home. The atmosphere was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing dining experience , my Bartender Quincey nd the Manager TJ made sure me and my Wife was great for the entire experience . I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for great food and excellent service. I'll definitely be coming back soon .
The bartender is literally walking around with his boxers showing in sweatpants. Being that this is part of the hotel I would think you would have a uniform policy. He was eating tacos and did not wash his hands and went to make a drink. I think you need better staff training and awareness.
El sabor no es realmente bueno ! Casi ni se acercaron a preguntar si todo estaba bien con la orden. Esta bien como para quitarte el hambre pero no para quedar satisfecho.
Very disappointing. The food was cold, greasy, and poorly presented. My order never arrived, and nobody seemed to notice. The restaurant looked dirty, the service was careless, and the automatic 20% service charge felt completely undeserved. Nearly $70 for nachos, two margaritas, and a terrible experience. I won’t be back.
