Warning: I believe that Brian has either sold his business or retired from DSC Auto (his hot wheel collection is gone too!) If that’s the case, it would be a shame as he’s always been such a reliable and honest mechanic. My grievance is that I scheduled and came-in for an oil change and winter tire install - and their prices have DOUBLED since I last visited Brian. An argument with the receptionist ensued, and he simply told me that they have broad discretion to change their prices without notifying customers. While this is ... read more

They took the time to explain everything clearly and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary repairs — which is rare these days.
