Edit - 6/17/26 (since I apparently can’t add a 2nd review) - another big thank you to Cassandra C! I had to have a doc notarized again and this time, I showed up without an appointment and she helped me right away! She also saw that I was eligible for Boost Checking benefits and helped me upgrade my account. As a new member, I initially rated my experience four stars, largely due to Cassandra’s help in reinstating my account. However, overall, this has been the worst banking experience I’ve ever had. Several of my transactions were declined when the funds were available, and when I attempted to withdraw cash from an ATM, a $200 limit had been placed on my account without clear communication.
