Had services for both my mom and I. When I complain about changing my Aide because she smelled of smoke and spoke her about smoking before coming into our apartment especially because my mom was now diagnosed of cancer they got upset and initially didn’t want to change her. Terrible experience they have Aids who don't speak English well so communication is difficult. One of the Aids stole and Forge my mother signature. One Aid always wanted to charge her phone when I told her to stop she would hide to do it. Another Aid lost the stove nob after I complained they closed our case saying too many complaints and incidence. I remember one of Aids was a heavy smoker Margaret.
