This dealership is a big SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. I wired funds in good faith and NO CAR DELIVERY - SURPRISE!!!!! The dealer will lead you down the path and screw you out of your money. I would like to make a trip to Alabama and introduce Fred to my friend, RUGER. DON’T DEAL WITH THESE CROOKS UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET TAKEN TO THE CLEANERS. I can’t say enough negatives things about their tactics. STAY AWAY AND KEEP YOUR MONEY!!!!
SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. Read this before you send them $$$$. Google Earth the address. It is a vacant building. Look up the phone number on True People search and you get no results. Copy the photos of cars and do a Google image search, you will find they are stolen photos from other legitimate dealers. So here is the scam. They are in Romania. They have no cars and no business. They advertise cars cheap, you wire or use debit card to pay them. They of course have delivery trucks that will deliver the car. The car will never come... read more
Received response to email on vehicle I was intrested in. I scheduled to meet Steve Howe, "Sales Mgr" to look at several trucks. Never showed. Never returned calls. Address is vacant office and building. Local automotive shops said Mr. Dorsey died like 10 years ago. They do not know of any Dorsey Motors or Steve Howe in Prattville. Will follow up with State Attorney General.
