Dorsey is not a reputable company. We wish we could give zero stars. We had John bring in soil and grade our property last year in October. We asked for a good quality top soil to grow grass. The soil he put down was garbage. We have not been able to grow any grass since. We have tried multiple applications of seed and fertilizer without success.
