A lot of thanks to Mr. Dorsey, we were able to get out our rental house lease contract with the landlord, and have our deposit/pre-paid rent back. We were happy with the rental house, until there was a slab leak back in June. I noticed that the engineered wood floor was popping up, and heard the watery sound when stepping on it. If I could give him zero stars I would. I was referred to Mr. Dorsey through my job's legal plan and only had a very simple request: a document that I needed my partner to sign at the closing of our new house. I first contacted Mr. Dorsey 3 weeks before the closing and never heard back, called again 2 1/2 weeks before my closing and explained what I needed and specified the timeframe.
