We were able to find the apartment we were looking for, thanks so much to Shairin! She was very accommodating with us despite her fully booked schedule on a Sunday! She’s the sweetest and the nicest person I’ve ever met and made my first time apartment hunting so smooth and organized. To be honest, it’s one of the most unprofessional representatives and poorest communication I have ever experienced. Yesterday I had a viewing scheduled with Carmen and she asked me to reschedule it for today and I agreed. As I entered the building there was no management or anyone that could help me out.
