Terrible management. Boardwalk is unprofessional with rental increase not matching upkeep with pests
Diana did fantastic work setting up and preparing my apartment (e.g., lease, move-in, renovation schedule, etc.). Clean-up staff for the building are efficient. Requested new maintenance recently and it was done on the same day.

That was at the beginning of July… When I arrived, we had an issue with the door key, and within an hour it was fixed with a new key. Last month (Sep 29), I created an online maintenance request because I have an issue with the bathroom light. We were able to find the apartment we were looking for, thanks so much to Shairin! She was very accommodating with us despite her fully booked schedule on a Sunday! She’s the sweetest and the nicest person I’ve ever met and made my first time apartment hunting so smooth and organized.
