Definitely don’t recommend buy a used car from them. I got a Mitsubishi outlander from them a couple years ago and now the car is in the shop for the shitty transmission that they put in the car. Now I’m car less and still paying off a car that isn’t running. I tried to call and see if my warranty is still good and the lady I was talking to when I called Dorsett Mitsubishi said no one is available to tell me if my warranty is still good or not so I have to wait until Monday to find anything out. Ordered a part from them and they changed the price twice when I sent my wife to get the part.
I was negotiating with a salesman at this dealership, trading my car in for another car and they blatantly tried to rip me off with thousands of dollars of extended warranties. Lying and saying the bank required them! NOT TRUE! I’m not a dumb woman! BEWARE Morals are required thanks.
