Ordered a part from them and they changed the price twice when I sent my wife to get the part.
I was negotiating with a salesman at this dealership, trading my car in for another car and they blatantly tried to rip me off with thousands of dollars of extended warranties. Lying and saying the bank required them! NOT TRUE! I’m not a dumb woman! BEWARE Morals are required thanks.
Im correcting my first review which was not good I must say but I was wrong! The entire team stepped up and took charge. They were kind and knowledgeable and helped me understand what I was doing wrong. I was happy to learn the issue I had was simply human error. Thanks to the entire service department for taking good care of me and ensuring I was safe.im pleased to fix this review and would recommend to friends.😇
Well, I was wrong I initially gave a 5 star review but I spoke too early. Our vehicle has been unable to be driven longer than it has been drivable since we left the lot. This is in just a little over a month and an half’s time from the day we bought it. Our initial experience was great. Our sales person felt genuine and helpful but before we even paid our first payment we discovered that they failed to replace already worn brake pads. Unfortunately we found this out on the road.
