I leased a new Tucson from Towne Hyundai in December for my son, working with Isaiah. I have a 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe which I purchased new. From the beginning to the present I have been so pleased with the customer service. The staff is friendly and helpful. The lounge is well appointed. I so appreciate the little perks like vacuuming the interior and free car washes.
Garvey Hyundai North has the worse service dept. they have had my vehicle for almost 2 weeks now . Never once did they have the common courtesy to even give me call update. I had to call not once but twice and the day they said it would be ready and again no call again still in service. I have owned ford,Chevy,Toyota and never had a bad experience. RUN. Run from this dealership as fast as you can. This was, without question, the worst car-buying experience of my life—and one of the most stressful, heartbreaking experiences my family has endured. Run as fast as you can away from this dealership! Bought a used vehicle from here and had to have a salesman in the car when I test drove the vehicle. He told me where to go during the test drive and never went anywhere where I could get the vehicle up to 70 miles an hr. But the the vehicle was fine the whole test drive. After purchasing and on my way home on the highway, at 75 miles an hr the vehicle started to shake!
