I went in to purchase my son's first car, I explained that I live paycheck to paycheck, I am currently paying my own vehicle off, and did not want to purchase something expensive that I would be paying on for a long time, especially something new for my son. Sold my fianc and I a vehicle that has numerous problems, thank God I got the warranty. Despite having a bumper to bumper warranty, they try to argue with me everytime we take it in when it had a problem. Then after driving for less than 10k miles we decided to talk about trading it in. They proceeded to offer us 11k under what was sold to us and we bought it used. Terrible service from their sales team all the way to their management. Would recommend to anyone to stay far away from any Dorsett locations!
I asked for information on a vehicle online Yesterday around 12:30 in the afternoon. I have since received 6 text messages, 5 emails and 4 phone calls. Absolutely abusive sales tactics given they haven't provided ANY information via email. This is disgusting. I don't want to talk to any of your sales people and deserve an apology from their manager for pushing this kind of behavior. They have lost me as a potential customer.
