I used to deal with Dorsett Dodge Ram have no complaints. My story is way too long to write. In a nutshell Dorsett Mitsubishi service has had my vehicle over 5 weeks and it's not fixed.They said it was ready last week, but they have not received payment from the extended warranty company, a warranty THEY sold me. Then I was told they took it on another (last) road test and the engine light came on and its misfiring, when previously it was running great. They have assigned another tech to work on it?
