I was Dr. Schwartz's patient at one time. All of a sudden when I went in for fillers his office personnel told me if I wanted to be a patient I would have to give them my credit card number and I no longer could pay by cash or check. I absolutely refused because how do I know someone in his office staff could steal the information. They have all my other information on record at that office. There is no Dr Schwartz on Dorset Street - he’s in Florida - it’s PAs that see patients and as good as they might be - it’s his name on the front of building - Dr Schwartz used to spend half the year here and half in Florida but the last two years - the COVID has kept him in Florida / making money up here - the COVID has kept the doctor away - he’s misleading and his practice is misrepresented - he’s not practicing on Dorset Street
I had acne my whole life but it started getting worse in my early 20's. I was nervous to go in because not all of the ratings were good but I had a great experience. The doctor I saw was really knowledgeable, she identified the problem really quickly and explained my options, and recommended a combination of two treatments. Pretty good. Phobe is great, it's a bit pricey for "spa" treatments .. Like facial peels are 70$ and it takes a whole 5 min to do. But they help my skin. I see a few reviews saying they are rude and have bad customer service, I've never experienced that and I've been going there for over a year! I'd recommend them:)
