Absolutely useless property manager will leave you for a week with no help or solutions. Strata themselves are incredibly useless and inefficient. Took them YEARS to replace the buzzer in my building. Still force people to go pay in cash rather than e-transfer or credit card for amenities. Truly a useless and frustrating company that does less than the bare minimum while squeezing you for every penny you are worth.
