I worked with Dan. We were just starting to look at getting a new vehicle and wanted to test drive a few. Dan was great-not pushy and really knew a lot. I especially appreciated that he didn’t talk over me to my husband. Great guy all around. We ended finding a great vehicle for our family that same day.
I worked with Dillan Micke he was great he listened to me and answered all my questions, he didn't try to put me in a vehicle I didnt want, which was my experience at other dealerships, here Dillan listened and picked out a few vehicles he thought I'd enjoy, he and Ryan worked hours on getting me what I needed. I bought a 2015 Chrysler from Dorsch about three months ago. Two weeks ago had issues with the engine shutting down. Brought my vehicle to a different dealership (since a customer service rep at Dorsch told me they couldn't help), they did an update of the computer system & ordered a part that has been known to cause issues & is covered under warranty. I just bought my vehicle here. i worked with Dillan and Trevor. They worked very hard to get me the vehicle I wanted and the financing too. They were so kind and helpful! They don't pressure you at all and are just the best. i wont go anywhere else and I highly recommend Dorsch West!
I found exactly what I wanted and in my budget. Dan and Ryan were great to work with. I never felt pressured. I drove home in my Ford Escape Titanium the same day! Highly recommend!
I went in to test drive a vehicle and little did I know I’d be going home with my new vehicle that same day! Worked with Dillan to get the price I was willing to pay and to my surprise it went so smooth and they worked with me to help me get the vehicle I wanted for the price I was looking for.
