Simply do not want someone to go through the very negative experience i had. Two reasons; 1. They do not back their vehicles. I had previously had a not so great experience here, so was hesitant to return. However, I’m sure glad that I did! Within a matter of hours, Mike and Trevor got me into my dream mom van that is 5 years newer, has 30k less miles for only $6 more a month than I was previously paying! Purchased my 3rd vehicle through Dorsch this weekend! There is a reason I keep coming back, the customer service is exceptional. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the service we received at Dorsch West over the past two days! Awesome experience. We never even knew there was a west side location. But so glad we were sent over from the East side! Our salesman Dan was very informative and pleasant to work with! Trevor handled all the paperwork and answered all our questions! Highly recommend anyone to check them out!
