Bought a car from here 9 months ago, a 2013 Passat. Car was plagued with issues from the get go. Heater core failure within 6 days of me purchasing the car, which they covered. Every issue i had from December 2024 to February 2025 was a constant battle with their main service department on the Auto Credit’s “2-year warranty” that was placed on the car. I financed a used vehicle from their car dealership just to be told the day of the sale that everything was new in the car, only to find out 8 months later that when they sold me the car and did their vehicle inspection, a used engine that was bad was put into the vehicle, not a new one. My engine failed, and they were very unprofessional and rude about the entire situation, as if it was my fault. I bought 2 cars from here the first paid off in full no problems with a 21% apr the second car took a shit 9 months in I gave it back because at this point I stuck 4k into it for repairs they sold it for 2k at an auction and took me to court and sued me for 10,000$ THEN they mark it as a charge of which dropped my credit 80 points! Doing that while I’m paying you for a car that was a peice of shit is crazy! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone! Was dealing with Britney we bought a car and the transmission went out within 1000 miles . Took 10 days to schedule a repair and the repair is estimated to be 3 days or longer . Was told by Britney if we can’t afford the $90 a day “ loner vehicle” then call off work or do what we must .. very rude will not recommended compared to Bergstrom automotive
