Dorsch Auto Credit is one of the most predatory, dishonest, and incompetent dealerships I’ve ever encountered. They sold me a 2014 Kia Optima for $16,000 at 24.9% interest, and the car immediately developed electrical issues so severe it wouldn’t start for two weeks. Because of that, I lost my job — and when I told them this, their “solution” was to demand an extra $100 per week to get caught up. Bought a car from here late 2024 & it has been a nightmare working with this place one of my biggest regrets was coming here they are just money hungry won’t work with you god forbid life hits you and you need a little time they don’t care. I wouldn’t recommend this place even if it’s your last choice.
Abysmal customer service. Rude staff. I emailed multiple times about a complaint and they way my wife and I were treated, no responses. Stay clear of this place at all costs. I will not be referring anyone here EVER again.
Bought a car from here 9 months ago, a 2013 Passat. Car was plagued with issues from the get go. Heater core failure within 6 days of me purchasing the car, which they covered. Every issue i had from December 2024 to February 2025 was a constant battle with their main service department on the Auto Credit’s “2-year warranty” that was placed on the car.
