I've been here like 3 or 4 times or so in the past 5 years. Every time has been a solid experience. Also, if you need to smog and register or change title or something, they do it for you and you skip the dmv. It's honestly just a great spot and I recommend it to anyone needing a smog or dmv stuff.
I went there to check how much it would cost to change out of state car license plate to CA. The lady at the front desk said that it costs $20 just to check and provide me that information. It seemed some soft of scamming as other two places I went did a quick lookup and provided a quote for free. I am sure they just tried to get some easy money. Immeasurably better than going to the DMV for smog, title, and registration. Fast, friendly, and far less complicated. Unlike the Temecula DMV, they have open parking spots and no lines.
