I’ve been coming here for about seven years now to get all my cars smogged, furthermore, I used to recommend people to this place. I considered myself a loyal customer until I realized the type of people that run the establishment. I was at the DMV getting my drivers license renewed, and they asked for 2 documents showing proof of residence. I only had the digital versions which they would not take. Very reasonable price, online booking and low price coupon
If you have an older vehicle, don't take it here. These people are lazy and don't want to take the extra time, or should I say, go the extra mile to smog it. They do this to talk you out of it and so you could leave and not deal with it. Bad customer service; I walked out and will never return and will never recommend this place.
Highly recommend bringing your car here for a smog check. They were also able to register my new car on the spot. I was in and out in just a few hours. Even though they’re located next to the DMV, I didn’t want to spend all day there and parking for the dmv is a nightmare. I’ll definitely be back with my other cars.
