My first red flag was that they didn’t say the business name when answering the phone it was a very casual pick up- I had to ask to confirm the business name to make sure I was calling the right place. Apparently they don’t do rentals anymore and they have non existent website link from here. She said “we are independent” and hasn’t done rentals in a long time. Even if I was buying I wouldn’t trust that doesn’t have a proper website.
