I found these guys through CCJR General Contractor. I explained the job I want and how much I want to spend. I also told them the city will only let me spend so much before requiring a total demolition and recommended we keep the finishes reasonable, like no $20K Viking fridge. Two days later they send me an estimate for three times the price we talked about including high end Viking appliances.
