I called to schedule an appraisal, and the office had Mr. Dorris contact me directly. He texted to arrange a date and time for the appointment, but after waiting all day, he never showed up or notified us of any delay. He later tried to reschedule for the next day. When I spoke with him, it was clear he had poor communication, lacked accountability, and did not respect others’ time. I recommend being cautious and considering another appraiser.

I am a closing attorney and have been involved with several closings over the years in which Dorris Appraisals conducted the appraisal. They are outstanding and I have never had any negative experiences with them. I highly recommend them.

I have used Doris appraisals many times in the past. They are professional and courteous, and all of their employees are friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them if you were in need of an appraiser.

If you ever need your home undervalued compared to any other standards. Please feel free to pay $500 and wait three weeks for your disappointment. Make sure you ask for Cathi Coman- Appraiser! Legit plz use anyone but them if you need a real appraisal. 👍

Well it was a quick look around. We were not pleased with our first view of completed appraisal, the pictures used were horrible. We submitted update pictures which should have been used with first appraisal. Hopefully they will review and revise a new appraisal for us using the uodated photos. Until then, not as pleased as I was hoping to be using Clint Dorris appraisal company. Shelby Barnes
