Efficient and client centered service!!! Greg and Lewis rock!
The sales team at Dorrance was excellent to work with. Never did they pressure or push me to a vehicle I wasn't sure about. Finance team was informative and helped me recoup funds from my trade in vehicle. Any post sales deliverables were followed up on and arranged at my convenience. I'm very happy we started and ended with this dealership.
The people at Dorrance Ford, especially in the service department, are wonderful people. The short version of the story is I had several things wrong with my car when I took it in there, Tammy and Shaun in the service department, were wonderful. The service I received was wonderful. For all the information I was kept up to date on, and I got my car back sooner than they said I would. They also came to my work, picked it up, did the repairs and brought it back.
