Great follow-up service! I recently had a wheel bearing replaced and an issue came up afterwards... Dorrance Ford came and collected my truck, transported it to the dealership and fixed the problem right away. They then returned the truck to me - in another city. The service manager Ian was outstanding to work with and they made it right! I'm new to the area, but I will definitely take my F-150 back to Dorrance Ford for any future maintenance.
