My Jeep broke down on the way to Chicago. I was somehow able to crawl it to Dorrance Ford. Aaron in sales immediately came over to help me despite the mechanics being gone for the night. He then went and got Tammy to take a look. Then Tammy even got her husband, an actual mechanic picking his wife up from work, to take a look. They were kind and helpful and didn’t need to help me after hours.

Where you can take your vehicle to get fixed and if they don’t get it squared away the first time the door is aways open for them to make it right with their customers. I had a bad experience the first time around, but if it weren’t for Linda making things right for me I don’t know where I would be. She does an excellent job at customer service!
Got an amazing new 2025 Ford Expedition! Carter was amazing! I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
