I had an extremely disappointing experience with Dorrance Ford after purchasing a used vehicle from them. Before I even expressed serious interest in the vehicle, I was shown documentation outlining the repairs that had recently been completed. Among those repairs were a rear axle replacement and replacement of all front and rear brake pads and rotors. Based on that information, I felt confident moving forward with the purchase. Great dealership. Staff is nice and never had them try to force me to buy something I didn't need when I bring my truck in. Place is also really clean inside and out every time I go, bathrooms are like nice hotel fancy. Could use some extra seating in the waiting area but still a 5 star place. Edit 5/20/26: Just bought a new truck from them and the entire experience was really good. No pressure, great people, and they answered all my questions I had. Would recommend.
We needed a new charger and they deliver it next day! Awesome service dept!
