I had an emergency c secontion then he left the hospital and never said a word to me. I felt unheard in my appointments and he didn't take my concerns seriously. Would NOT recommend.

I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Dave Dorough. He was patient in answering all my questions throughout pregnancy. Everyone in his office was also caring and kind. I felt extremely well cared for and would recommend him to any of my friends or family.

I just want to say Dr. Dave and the whole staff went above and beyond in regard to my care and my needs. Dr. Dave is attentive, caring, actually listened to me when I had concerns about my pregnancy. I had a c-section and he did an great job, skilled in my opinion I had a terrible experience in my last pregnancy and delivery in hanford back in 2020 with another office and dr and had postpartum issues with my recovery and had expressed it to Dr. Dave and did everything to avoid me having another bad experience, and all i can ... read more

Dr. David Dorough has been an excellent Dr. and especially surgeon. I had a very complex Situation and it was met with care and urgency that was needed. I have never had such a positive experience and a positive conclusion to such a scary situation. Dr. Doroughs bedside manor is to be an example to others in the profession. Thank you so much Dr. Dave!!!

I just recently moved to the Fresno area I needed to find a new doctor not much to go on just kind of was going by location and called. The front office staff was so friendly and so helpful but I did schedule the appointment. Dr Dorough was excellent! I was taking in on time was Bade extremely comfortable I did not feel rushed and I was able to and ask any question that I had. I even left and then thought of another question I called and he responded extremely quickly

Dr David went above and beyond in my care, from getting the insurance approval to post op care. He is very professional, compassionate, and caring. I have been to several OB/GYN physicians in my 60 years and I highly recommend Dr David over any of them. .

Dr. Dave is the absolute best. He always addressed my concerns and went above and beyond with my prenatal care. I wish he would have been my doctor the first time around because this pregnancy was much more enjoyable. I highly recommended him and his wonderful staff.

Very positive experience with Dr Dave, his nurse and the various staff members. My first visit to the office was just for an annual exam, but it led to a very early stage cancer diagnosis. I was very fortunate that he was very thorough and the endometrial cancer was caught before it had time to spread. He asked me lots of questions and answered the many questions I had. I continue to go regularly to make sure I stay healthy and highly recommend this Dr and Womens Specialty Center.

I would definitely recommend dr. Dan dorough to any of my friends and family! That is actually how I became his patient. My sister told me about him and she absolutely loves him! And now that I've met him... I totally see why! I love him too! So anybody looking for a doctor who you want to have a good experience with.This is your guy! I really enjoyed how honest he was, how well he paid attention to my questions and concerns. And he was able to answer them all honestly! And his staff is so nice!
