Bought decent stuff once but got battery put in my watch by them and it died in 4 months. So they like to play screw you game. And they have snarky rebuttle for everything. Stuck up and condescending! Dont bother going

I can't say enough about Dorothy's Jewelers in Sayville. They are so pleasant and knowledgeable. A good friend of mine recommended them and I was not disappointed. They have a great selection and if you want something specific they will create it for you. They also do jewelry repairs and watch batteries.

I had to get my watch repaired and I decided to go with Dorothy's Fine Jewelry to get it repaired. I had a very positive experience with them. Dorothy the owner and the two ladies that helped me, named Kelly and Gina are all very nice and I'm so glad I went with them to fix my watch. It's an old, very good watch that was my Aunts, and was handed down to me in the family when my Aunt passed away. I'm so glad I had it repaired because it's a very good watch, but also it's a memory of my Aunt and now I can wear it since it work... read more
