Dorothy Lane Market is the finest Grocery that I have found to date. Dayton, Ohio is lucky to have a world-class source of the finest food available. When I brag about my hometown I mention the fine arts and friendly people. Then I insist they go to Dorothy Lane Market. Their customer service is outstanding.

I went in last night to return a unsafe item. I wasn't able to accomplish the task and left a review because I wasn't happy. I deleted the review so I could speak with DLM and see if they were willing to fix the problem. I ended up speaking with them today and they had the wellness staff in the store to better assist me. they had taken care of everything for me. It was a quick fix and I am satisfied.
