Always make it to DLM when we are in town ... such a wonderful store. Until today when I tried to purchase a cupcake from the rudest and most disagreeable person. Truly awful customer service from a badly managed boulangerie.

Love the store. Yesterday we went in for veal scallopini. We were told it was in the self serve meat case. We looked and looked. Finally we went to the counter and asked. He showed us where it was. I guess I am not sure of your meat department since they keep it in with the PORK. Can you tell me where on the pig is the veal scallopini but from! That is right, it is BEEF. Therefore that is where it should be kept. For a clerk to say, "That is always where we have kept it." Doesn't make it easy for your customers to find a bee... read more
First time at DLM and I loved it!! I do wish that they had a machine where I could grind my own PB. Whole Foods does. But over all a great experience.
