Dr Odom is great, genuinely seems to care about her patients and has a way of making me feel totally safe in her care. I would happily recommend her and her staff seem great to me, I’ve been through 3 pregnancy’s with this team and would always consider them in the future. Like all doctors offices the appointment times could be slightly improved. But I guess Dr O is high demand as she’s best around.
Dr. Odom is great but her office staff doesn't care about patients. The worst one is Debbie who runs the front desk. She's unorganized, can be condescending, and when it's your turn in line she takes other patients before you. I think I'm going to have to find another obgyn because I can't deal with her anymore, my whole pregnancy everytime I had an appointment she has done something to piss me off.
