What a waste of my time and money! Arrived early for eye exam and waited for over half hour past my appointment time to then be told that most of the exam would be virtual?! Was feeling skeptical and lo and behold after spending $1100+ got txt glasses arrived. Stopped by to pick them up and the prescription was so far off everything was blurry!! Great Job . freakin $20 readers from grocery store work way better!
I never had any issues with Dr. Brodmann, she was very professional when I got my glasses. I'd recommend her to my friends for her warm personality!
myeyedr has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. My dad and I both had an appointment and spent 3 hours total in the office because they were so inefficient. After having a prescription changed, months later I was experiencing headaches and did not feel comfortable driving at night because my prescription was not strong enough.
