Best endocrinology experience of my life, and I've been seeing endocrinologists multiple times a year for 35 years across two countries and five states.
On my initial visit I was prescribed the wrong medication - one that my insurance didn’t cover. When I called to have it fixed I was told I needed to come in for another visit. Instead of providing a solution or offering to fix the mistake I was stonewalled and told to pay out of pocket for the wrong meds. Very disappointing to have my medical team make a mistake and me have to pay for it. I will be seeing another endocrinologist.
Very happy with her treatment and care.
