The office sends multiple requests for you to confirm appointments by both email and text. Nevertheless, I received one day of notice that my appointment had to be canceled, when it had been scheduled for months. When I informed the staff that I believed this was unprofessional, their response was “sometimes these things happen.” Very unprofessional scheduling and communication. The dentist is good, the scheduling and communication skills are very poor.
I have been going to Dr Doroschak for twenty five years And I always get great care.and now I drive 190 miles for my appt because he is that good and kind !!
Always an excellent experience (well, about as good as going to the dentist can get!)
