I've been working with Dornbracht for 10+ years and a lot has changed throughout the years. But what really stands out is their service. Beth Sanchez (unsure her role but she wears ALL THE HATS). Whether it's a small set screw or a huge project, she always delivers and provides great service.
I want to give a shout out to Cole DeMartino in the Technical dept. He has consistently provided extremely efficient assistance with Dornbracht issues.
