If you buy a furnace from this company be ready for a run around when you need parts. Unlike other furnaces I have that I can easily order parts for, Dornback will not sell you parts to fix their products. A rude lady answers the phone and tells you she will not sell you parts that you can only e-mail their disturber. No phone to contact them. Not good service. I'd recommend buying any other brand, I wish I did.
