Dorn Electric was assigned to me by Old republic home warranty company. I cancelled the service request with the warranty company prior to Dorn contacting me. They lied to the home warranty company and I was charged for the service call they did not make. I tried to get in touch with them to have them come out to make good on the service since I was charged but Mike, the owner is the only one that answers the phone and he kept telling me to call the office. Mike Dorn does amazing and clean work and is very honest prices are fair and wouldn’t recommend anybody but Mike to do electrical work will use him every time

Dorn Electric scheduled an appointment with me on 9/12 between 10:00 am and 2:00 pm to check the lighting wiring issue under work order #74046289. I waited until 2:30 pm and made multiple phone calls, but no one answered. After sending several messages, they finally provided me with the technician’s contact information. However, when I called the technician, he said his schedule was already full today and he did not have my appointment. We had an urgent need for electrical assistance ahead of an inspection. Mike and Tim made themselves available last minute and took care of the job extremely quickly and efficiently! The work was excellent and the pricing extremely fair - looking forward to working with them again!
