I regret purchasing a GE gas dryer from Dormont Appliance in the North Hills. I have troubles with the dryer even before the first load and I had bad information from the salesman from North Hills store. Before I did my first load of wash. I started the dryer and noticed there was tumbling coming from the drum and I find out that there was bad rollers in the dryer. The salesman told me that the dryer must been sitting around for a while and give the dryer fix itself. That was the wrong answer and now I am calling GE service ... read more
Purchased a new refrigerator with my hard earned cash and took a day off work for the scheduled delivery. I even paid for the deluxe delivery and 15 mins before my delivery was scheduled to arrive they canceled. Blamed it on call offs. No one cared when I called to ask for a manager. Pretty pathetic this is how they treat their customers. Save your time and money and shop elsewhere!!
Filthy, cluttered showroom. Went in to purchase a wall oven, was told a specialist would call me to schedule an appointment to come measure the cabinet opening. No call for over a month despite 3 follow up calls from me. Taking my business to Don's Appliance.
Everyone was very helpful from the time I walked into the store until they the guys left. I will be going back.
Only place I ever go when I need appliance. PERIOD!
