I've had two great experiences at Dorman's - both times they have gone out of their way to help. The first was a flat tire. They didn't have the right tire in the shop, so someone drove 30 minutes away to get the one tire available in the area. I was able to carry on with my day without waiting too long. The second experience was with John in Collision. He is a pleasure to work with - very helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. Someone had put a hole in the front corner of my car.
