Well we're to start.. my friend is currently a dorman renter. She has multiple problems with them. They say they will help or send a handy man over when they dont. The handy man not handy man at all. in all reality I could pay the neighborhood kids to tell me what the problem is and dorman will run with it. The only way they actually send someone to your house is when they are threatened with a breach of contract.
