I really appreciated Thomas and his quick work. He was fast, professional, and fixed a problem that we had with our roof within minutes of showing up. If we ever have any more roofing issues in the future, we’ll definitely call Dorite Construction Co.
Does anyone have a legit phone number to contact Mr Louis? He was at our home last Tuesday for a consultation and was supposed to email us an estimate and we have not received yet. We have been calling and emailing over and over and not getting a response
Skinny: If you use them for work, STAY ON TOP OF THEM so your project isn't neglected. Call weekly to stay on their radar and don't let them slip from their agreed schedule. Pros: Decent quality of work. Courteous and helpful workers (taught me a lot about owning an in-ground pool with a liner). Would use them again if I had a project that didn't require a completion date. Cons: Poor administrative oversight of project resulted in over 30-day delay due to contractor negligence. We had such an amazing experience with Louis and his team. He completely gutted and rebuilt our decades old inground pool when we bought our new house. He was kind, prompt, and was always quick to let us know about delays due to weather or back ordered supplies. We got estimates from multiple pool contractors and he was the only one who didn’t feel like he was trying to swindle us. We felt very comfortable with him and would recommend him in a heartbeat!
