The flower arrangement just sent to my mom were horrible. We asked for a Christmas arrangement, and what was sent to her had no resemblance to anything that looked like Christmas. The flowers were already dying and shedding. We were assured on the phone that the arrangement would be beautiful and be of a Christmas theme.
