Doris McLendon is more than just a jeweler. Repairs; sizing; adjustments or a host of ancillaries are never a problem. If you are looking for unique works of art in the jewelry realm, then you are in the right place. The customer service is second to none.
Horrible experience! Refused to provide refund of money after owner change her story on our agreement. Very costly mistake on my part trusting the owner. Was treated poorly when I requested she honor the agreement or give me a refund. Go somewhere else if you want a great experience and integrity!
McLendons Jewelry is a 1st Class operation. Always very helpful & knowledgeable. Very pleasant atmosphere.
