I happened upon Doris by chance- ever since I attended a Bridal Expo I've been bombarded with tons of emails from bridal salons, etc., notifying me of every possible event related to weddings. Usually I delete them, but by chance I opened this one...and lo and behold I see that this place Doris Bridal is having a sample sale (this was over Thanksgiving Day weekend) and they carry the Pronovias line of dresses! Let's just put it out there: NO ONE likes being a bridesmaid. You have to wear an inevitably ugly dress, a heinous updo and if you're lucky, a pair of dyed-to-match pumps. Blech. Beautiful gowns and fantastic service. I didn't buy my dress here but was taken care of by Anita who really made me feel special and comforted me with her warm personality and advice. Had I not bought something at a sample sale, this is definitely the shop i would have purchased my dress from due to their gorgeous gowns and attentive staff. This was the first place I went shopping for my wedding dress, and after visiting several more boutiques this remains the best experience I've had. The saleswoman was extremely helpful and polite, the ambiance was perfect, and the dresses were gorgeous. There are veils, pins, gloves, sashes, etc... that are available to try on with the dresses. While i didn't buy my bridal gown at Doris I had a wonderful experience shopping here. I was provided a private dressing room to try on several dresses. I had brought in pictures and described the type of style I was looking for. Jessi was my consultant and she was fabulous. She was attentive and helpful. She took the time to take straight pins and show me what each bustle would look like on each dress. She never rushed me and allowed me to take pictures and leave the dress on for as long as I wanted. After looking online and in department stores and finding nothing suitable--everything was either too short/sexy or too old-fashioned, I found a beautiful Mother of the Groom dress here. Annette gave me great advice about color, style, and traditions. She added details I wanted, altered it perfectly, and had it ready in plenty of time. Thank you, Annette!

Doris was recommended by a family friend. I was a little skeptical because it doesn't look particularly nice from the outside. It was my first stop to try on wedding dresses. I'm happy to say the 5th dress I tried on was the one! They were so helpful. I went in there without a clue what I wanted and they figured it out fast! Don't judge a book by it's cover - this place is GREAT.

I came here to look for the bridesmaid dress that I have to get for my friend's upcoming wedding. I've always driven past Doris and never really paid attention to it. They had the dress that I had to get, and there were only 2 stores that carried it. I had spoken to the owner of the store to see if the dress was still there and if it was okay to try it on to see my size. She was so accommodating. She knew that it was cheaper to buy it online. I cannot say enough good things about all the women who work at Doris Bridal! They are super accommodating and go with the flow. I went to Doris for the first time during their Black Friday sale and had hesitations since I knew I'd be looking for a size 12/14 dress. They had plenty of samples for me to choose from at a fraction of my budget. I ended up getting a dress, size 14, for less than I had planned to spend on the gown accessories.
