I believe Dr Doriot is a good doctor but you should not have to wait in the waiting room for one hour beyond your appointment time to be called. The waiting room was packed. Do they overbook and just keep you waiting because that works for them? We arrived 15 minutes before the appointment time. Called after 1 hour of waiting.There was no one left in the waiting room at that point. A small tooth was extracted and we left. Total time: 2 hours. Waiting room empty. Dr. Doriot is a very knowledgeable, compassionate professional who makes the process of dental surgery as pleasant as possible. The staff is very nice, too. I required two separate surgeries with him and each was quick and painless, using gas and intravenous anesthesia. I healed well. I recommend him without reservation.
