I find it to be my favorite place to eat in Sparta. The crew is friendly,works hard, atmosphere is very clean and food is exceptional. If I were recommend a place to go for out of town guests this would be the place for them.

We stopped by around 10:30 on a Saturday and the place was packed. We waited more than a half hour for our food, but IT WAS COMPLETELY WORTH IT. The portions are generous, which is good because the food is delicious. Unfortunately we live three hours away, otherwise we'd come here all the time! If you're in Sparta and need breakfast, come to Dorine's!

Stopped in as we were traveling back home from vacation. The food was amazing! Portions were beyond generous! Service incredible! We will be making this an annual visit when we pass through!
